What is "Reiki" Energy?
Reiki is universal life force energy—the sacred current that flows through all living things and supports healing on every level.
Many forms of Reiki exist in the world today. As consciousness expands, the ways we access and work with energy can expand as well. Trimatri® Reiki is a newer expression of Reiki, though the energy itself is ancient in origin. Gina was guided to reconnect with this energy in order to anchor it, teach it, and make it available to others in this lifetime.

Learning Trimatri® Reiki is a personal journey, and there is no single way to begin. Whether you're exploring energy healing for yourself and loved ones or feel called to become a Certified Practitioner, the training is designed to support you wherever you are on your path.
One of the most common things Gina hears from prospective students is, "I'm not sure I'm intuitive enough to do Reiki."
The truth is, you don't need to consider yourself intuitive, a medium, or spiritually advanced to connect with and benefit from Trimatri® energy. You also don't need to have the goal of becoming a professional practitioner.
Gina's approach combines ancient, sacred energy with practical teachings, helping students build confidence, develop trust in their own intuition, and discover meaningful ways to bring Trimatri® into everyday life.
Training is available through flexible, self-paced courses on Udemy, private one-on-one instruction, and select live group opportunities. Each format includes the teachings and attunement process appropriate to the training level, allowing students to choose the learning experience that best fits their needs.
